Paying for Sessions

You can pay for a therapy session with health insurance or you can pay out of pocket.  Some people prefer to use health insurance because it's significantly more affordable.  

Some people prefer to pay out of pocket for privacy, freedom from the label of a binary gender assignment, or mental health diagnosis, (insurance companies require both), or flexibility for length of sessions.   

The cost of one hour of EMDR Therapy with me, out of pocket, is $140.

The cost of one hour of Consultation (for EMDR therapists) with me is $125.
